It was a nice day and staffs were good. It was good overall. Ambience was good and food was also delicious

Stay was over all comfortable. The check in process was a bit of a hassle due to reluctant nature of receptionist. There was network issue also contributing to the fact. Rooms were clean. In food, the container serving dal was cracked and very old and spoiled the appetite for lunch. Dinner service was okay. Fried rice was bit undercooked. Room service was okay. Have asked for extra sheets and blanket for extra bed which we paid but it was only provided in the evening. Rest resort was easily accessible to beach. Overall stay was 3/5

This Hotel is for Chapri’s always partying loud. The entire premises plays loud music from 6 in the morning to till 1.30am in the next day. Stuff is as rude as a government establishment, sometimes even more. It is called a spa resort, has no spa. When ai asked about the direction to the spa, the front desk guy said they had no spa, but the tone of his voice was like that of I was guilty of asking questions. The charges of the food are closer to a five star establishment while the food remain very lower middle class with ton of spices even when they were asked to lower the spices. Once in the lawn, the garder was playing the loudest of devotional hindi songs, I with some of the guests requested him to stop it or lower the volume, he says very rudely that this is god’s songs and they will be played loudly, I even have it in video that they will play loudly music at six in the morning, the guests can’t do nothing about it. Good parts? Yes the location, the property is over all nice with, good lawn, view and lots of cats and strays.

Location and food is decent. Can relax in the lawn enjoying sea view and some snacks. Has got play area for kids. The breakfast timing should start a little early though and the duration should increase to avoid crowding.

The stay was not fully worth. Room size was small as compared to super deluxe catagory. bathroom was not well maintained. the main attraction of this resort is the wide lawn area in from of sea, and direct access to beach.. Food quality was good.

new hotel located right on the beach, view is spectacular. pool was superclean, loved swimming in it. food was so great we were licking our fingers and also special mention to how reasonable the food prices were, first time in my experience a hotel which doesn't charge exorbitantly on food.Anup da took care of us, his behaviour was very polite and sweet. thank you Sea Star Spa Resort and MMT for such a wonderful stay at such reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this place, go for it guys you won't regret it😁
